Q: How has FCA helped you to know Christ?

FCA gives me a very important view of spiritual growth. It also helps me gain knowledge about different training strategies to implement for boys and girls. The 3Dimensional Coaching® tools help me as a coach and leader to improve in different aspects. I apply this also in my daily life.

Q: How does your relationship with Christ impact the way you coach?

Jesus spoke to me through 3Dimensional Coaching® tools, which are very important and have helped me a lot. This has helped me change paradigms that, before the training, I thought were the best. Thanks to the study, I have learned new things about God and coaching, and I can apply this to how I coach. It is great to see Jesus’ point of view in everything I do on the field.

Q: What is God teaching you right now?

I’ve been going through different difficulties, but God’s Word says in Romans 8:28, “And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.”

I’m learning to trust the King of Kings more. He is teaching me how to have a different mindset.

Q: What do you hope your legacy will be on and off the field?

I hope that my legacy will be that I empowered people—athletes, coaches, and a lot of different people who participate in sports. I want to give a set of tools to people in order to increase their strengths and improve their abilities. I want to be a coach who increases the potential in all people.
