Tim Chambers serves as Executive Vice President of Global Administration and Logistics, providing strategic leadership for FCA’s international administrative infrastructure. He brings extensive global leadership experience, including 18 years with Compassion International. From 2011 to 2020, Tim served as Director of Operations for the Africa Region, leading teams across eight national offices and overseeing key administrative functions. During his time with Compassion, he led more than 700 staff across eight countries, strengthening organizational alignment, leadership development and operational excellence. Since 2020, Tim has served as founder of GlobalShift Advisors, providing executive coaching and strategic consulting to nonprofit organizations and business leaders.
Tim grew up in a ministry-oriented home and was baptized at age 11. His faith continues to shape his leadership and commitment to serving others. His passion for the next generation is also evident through more than a decade as an assistant wrestling coach at his local high school, including seven years hosting a Friday night Bible study for wrestlers. This calling to invest in others connects deeply with his desire to serve FCA and advance its mission around the world.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Judson University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring from Regent University. He also holds an Associate Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation. Tim and his wife have been married for more than 30 years and have two children
