Ken Williams serves as the Senior Executive Advisor. Growing up in Pittsburgh, Pa., Ken attended South Hill Catholic High School where he participated in cross country and track and held the school’s record for the mile and two mile.
Graduating from California State College (Pa.) with a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation and Park Administration, Ken began working as a restaurant manager and, from there, moved up the corporate ladder, spending more than 20 years in human resources.
He has held the positions of Director of Training and Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Metromedia Steakhouses in Dayton, Ohio, Vice President of Human Resources and Operations for Monterey Pasta Company in Danville, Ca., and Executive Director of Human Resources for Donatos Pizza in Columbus, Ohio. He also obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
Ken came on board with FCA in 1999 as Vice President of Human Resources and later served as Senior Vice President of Human and Program Development until his promotion to Executive Vice President in 2004.
Ken and his wife Judy reside in Olathe, Kansas. They have one daughter, Heather.
