Joe Outlaw serves as the Executive Vice President of Talent Advancement. Prior to joining FCA in 2016, Joe served 12 years with the North American Mission Board, SBC, most recently as its Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to serving with NAMB, Joe served New South Companies, Inc. as its Vice-President of Human Resources and with Milliken and Company, where he began employment after graduating from Wofford College in Spartanburg, S.C.
While playing football at Wofford, Outlaw was introduced to FCA and accepted Christ during his freshman year. He later served as the campus Huddle leader and spoke at an FCA banquet where he was introduced to the Milliken corporate attorney. This meeting led to Joe abandoning his pursuits to be a high school coach, and ultimately equipped him for service through this role with FCA today.
It was also through FCA in college that Joe met his wife Margaret. They are now blessed to be the parents of Joseph and his wife Tori, Margaret, Hunter, Samuel and Caleb. Joe and Margaret currently live in Cumming, Ga.
