Debbie Jobe serves as the Chief Advancement Officer. She has been on staff since 1979 serving in various roles at FCA including the EVP of Advancement and EVP of Training. Prior to serving as an executive, Debbie served as the Regional Director for Texas/Louisiana and the Field Technology Trainer helping FCA staff around the globe learn FCA’s systems.
Debbie grew up in Virginia and after graduating college in Oklahoma began working for Arkansas FCA. She served there for nine years before moving to Dallas. During those first years, she traveled across the nation to direct our national camps for girls.
Debbie has always had a heart for training and has been involved in our Training Camp for new staff for more than 15 years.
Debbie is married to Dave, a pastor, and they have three adult children: Jill, Jim and Jess. All three are married and have produced six beautiful grandchildren.
