Julio serves as the West Global Divisional Vice President. The West Global Division comprises four International Regions: Brazil, Caribbean, Latin America North, and Latin America South.
Julio played professional soccer for twelve years in Guatemala and represented the U-20 national team. He is a FIFA-licensed A Soccer Coach and has worked with youth and professional teams as a sport director. God called Julio to serve FCA in 2014 as a volunteer and chaplain. He became the first country Director for Guatemala and later became the RVP for Latin America North. Julio and his wife, Jennifer, have two children, Belén and Jacobo, and reside in San Jose, Costa Rica.
