First thing you need to do is login to your MySpace.com profile.  Then you need to click on the "Edit Profile" link.  After you have done that highlight the text below and press CTRL + C (Apple + C) to copy the next and then paste, CTRL + V (Apple + V), into the "About Me" section.

To remove the theme you simply delete the code that you copied.
