Our 48-year camping history allows FCA to have the highest quality staff! Our 1,000-plus instructional staff have been carefully selected and consist of FCA staff, current collegiate and high school coaches, professional athletes, both current and former, and collegiate athletes. They bring years of coaching and performance experience to FCA Camps and serve as role models for campers, both on and off the field of competition. Every camp is led by FCA Staff who are committed to the youth of America. Each director has been trained and certified as an FCA Camp leader, and collectively, they bring years of FCA Camp leadership experience to the Camp Leadership Team.

If you're ready to take the next step, you must complete and submit both the Ministry Leader Application and the Camp Staff/Clinican Application forms to be eligible to serve at FCA Camp.
