DC – Washington D.C. Area Director

Washington, D.C. FCA is looking to hire a Full-Time Area Director. Qualified individuals should have a clear calling from God to minister to athletes and coaches, a servant’s heart and a passion for seeing lives changed through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. He/she will help coordinate local camps and clinics in partnership with area churches and assist in the recruitment and positioning of volunteers.

IN – Central – Multi-Area Director

FCA in Central Indiana is looking for a Multi-Area Director. The Multi-Area Director will be responsible for growing the influence of FCA though prayer, staff training and development with a vision to expand FCA’s presence throughout the area. This will include a plan to add additional staff as needed. The Multi-Area Director should model the FCA Values of Integrity, Serving, Teamwork and Excellence.

MD – Area Representative

Maryland FCA will be hiring 9 Area Representatives (male and female) for several counties in Maryland. The candidates chosen for these positions will reside in the county they serve and will report directly to the Area Director responsible for the area.

MO – Vice President of Technology

The Vice President of Technology will be responsible for accomplishing our Mission, Vision and reflecting our Core Values as the leader in the development of FCA Technology. The VP will work closely with FCA field leadership and NSC staff to develop a clear vision and strategic plan for the use of technology in the ministry of FCA.

Northeast Region – State Directors (CT, ME, MA, RI, VT)

The Northeast Fellowship of Christian Athletes has immediate openings for State Directors in CT, ME, MA, RI, and VT. The State Director will be responsible for overseeing all FCA operations within the state including facilitating and implementing coach and campus outreach efforts, focusing on the growth of local staff and the leadership board, and ensuring FCA’s longevity in the region through community and camp activities. The Director will be expected to seek daily spiritual and personal growth as well as develop and communicate a Ministry Plan. A consistent mentality of prayer, training, and encouragement is required while serving and recruiting other staff in the area. The Director will also be responsible for developing the annual budget and training staff and the leadership board to steward finances in an effective manner.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Portland, OR is looking for an Area Representative. They will be responsible for high school, middle school and community level ministry in the south Portland area which features 14 high schools and numerous middle schools. This is an established area with active huddles in 12 of the 14 high schools as well as 5 active middle school huddles.
