Early applicants have been processed. All other applications are due end of March 2010. FCA will review all applications and notify applicants starting March 30, 2010 on whether or not they are accepted into the program.

  Feb 15, 2010 – Early applications (candidates will receive preference)
  Feb 28, 2010 – Early applications processed and acceptances sent

  March 30 – All applications due and acceptances sent

  April 20 - 50% of money due
  May 10 – Balance due
