Gift Planning Options
FCA encourages donors to consider other unique giving opportunities beyond cash as a means to impact the ministry. Much of the world’s wealth is tied up in assets rather than available in cash. Donors can be good stewards and leave a legacy through estate planning and the donation of non-cash assets.
FCA recommends the following 4 step gift planning process:
- Pray – for God’s will in your stewardship planning
- Explore – how to maximize charitable giving while minimizing or even eliminating taxes
- Create – a gift plan to benefit FCA and/or other charities with the assistance of your financial planner and/or attorney
- Implement – the plan with the help of your adviser and FCA
Gift planning allows you to leave a legacy through the ministry of FCA. The options are endless and include such opportunities as the donation of real estate, business inventory, charitable gift annuities, bequests and more.
